Self-collection from Haifa by prior arrangement at no cost.
In Kenya until NIS 100 Delivery by registered mail - NIS 15.
For purchases over NIS 100, free express mail delivery by registered mail.
For purchases up to NIS 300, courier to the house - 40 NIS.
For purchases over NIS 300, a courier to the house is free.
Please note that shipping times are subject to postal delivery times.
Exchange and Return Policy
Exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase itself.
An item can be replaced provided it is not used and is new in its original packaging with the part number.
Notice must be given To email and receive a return confirmation and address to return the item. The item must be returned with the receipt.
The item you choose in its place will be sent to your home in accordance with the purchase conditions listed on the website.
The amount of the item for the purpose of exchange / credit is the amount actually paid and not the price list price as it appears on the website.
